I didn't learn yachting from a blog. I worked my way up through every corner of the interior, from service to housekeeping to spa, until I was running my own department as Chief Stewardess at 24. Seasons later, that's still my day job.

Absolutely, that's what The Full CV is for. You answer my short questionnaire (typing or voice notes, whatever's easier), and I turn your land-based experience into the things yachting actually hires for: service, discipline, stamina, presentation, teamwork.
How does it work, practically?
All our contact happens in one WhatsApp chat: you message me, I ask a few questions, you send photos or files. Then I sit down and write your CV properly, and deliver it straight back into the chat. No forms, no waiting rooms.
How long does it take?
Within 7 days of having your answers. A good CV is written, not rushed. Need it sooner for a dockwalk or an interview? Tell me and I'll be honest about what's possible.
What exactly do I receive?
Always a polished PDF, ready to send to captains and crew agents. The Refresh includes two free rounds of changes after delivery; The Full CV and The Launch Pack include three, plus an editable copy that's yours to keep. The Launch Pack can also come as two CV versions, handy if you're applying for different roles at the same time. Changes are asked for right in the same WhatsApp chat.
What about my photo?
The photo matters more in yachting than in any other industry. I'll tell you exactly how to take the classic crew photo (background, polo or whites, framing, smile) using just a phone and a friend.
